Should the Americans With Disabilities Act apply to web sites?  It already applies to building, requiring them to add wheelchair ramps and the like.

Are web sites any different?  Some browsers already have modules that convert on-screen text to audio for the visually impared.  Should streaming audio, such as sports play-by-play, or streaming video be required to supply "closed captions" for the hearing impaired?
